 I haven't go to many concert in my life. At least, if we are talking about paid concerts. To my good fortune, many favorites band i follow usually offer public presentations or they take part in open acces public events. In that sense i have been able to see many times bands like Los Jaivas, Quilapayún and Inti-Illimani. Well, the concert that i want to share this time took part in a day that i remember fondly for many reasons. But getting to the point, after drink some beers with friends in a bar called St. Patrick and a little nap at plaza Brasil, i go to the final day of a folkloric music festival taking place at Sala Isidora Zegers of the Universidad de Chile. During that afternoon many musicians play on the stage and i had the opportunity to listen many original musical projects, but the highlight of the festival, without doubts, was the presentation of Quilapayún. I have never visited another country even a time. And to be honest, in my pragmatic way to see things, i don't really think it as a real possibility, at least for a long time. So i don't spend many thoughts thinking about countries like turistc objetives. Obviusly there is a few countries that can call my attention, but above all of them is Bolivia. Bolivia is a country i really like to visit for many reasons. One of them could be the atractive idea of be standing over a land so distant of the ocean and more near to the sky than any other i had known. I should visit it as well, because within his heart was born the andino music genre and gave us bands like Rumillajta, Kjarkas, Savia Andina, Wara, etc. thus, i could understand all the significance behind their cultural expressions.
